The Pride of the Mountains went to LCE today for a preview of their spring concert. Come out Sunday at 3 o'clock to Sedley Stewart Auditorium to hear them for yourself!

Prom registrations are due by April 19 - next Friday. Prom packets for registration can be picked up at the high school office or from Mrs. Estes. Registrations must be turned in to Mrs. Estes by next Friday.

This is a reminder to all LCMHS class of 2024 Seniors to please be checking Mrs. Cornett's Google Classroom for local scholarship opportunities. You can find several scholarships to apply for within the "Classwork" section under "Scholarships." In the coming weeks there are several opportunities that will quickly come and go, so please apply.

The LCMHS Front Office will be open 9am-12pm tomorrow for students of LCMHS to pick up their solar eclipse glasses. These glasses were vetted before purchase but LCMHS nor The Lee County School District will be responsible for any injury sustained from viewing the solar eclipse with these glasses.

The High School Baseball game with Lee vs Wolfe AND the Middle School Softball game of Lee vs Breathitt have both been cancelled for tonight.

Congratulations to Jozzelyn Plowman and Cayden Adams on qualifying for the KY State FFA convention! Jozzelyn placed second in Horse Agriculture Public Speaking, while Cayden placed first in Prepared Public Speaking. Please join us in wishing them the best of luck as they proudly represent Lee County FFA at the state level in June.

The Lee County Baseball game for tonight against Jackson City has been cancelled. The Middle School Baseball game on Saturday against Breathitt has been rescheduled for May 1.

Lee County High School Prom is May 4. Prom registration packets can be picked up by eligible Lee County High School juniors or seniors at the high school office or from Mrs. Estes. Registration packets are due to Mrs. Estes by April 19.

The Lee County High School Beta Club is collecting items to donate to the Hope Lodge in Lexington. If you would like to donate items, please drop them off at the high school by March 29. Thank you!
