Today was the last student day of an incredibly challenging and still rewarding year. We want to thank you all for partnering with us on the journey through virtual and in-person learning. We have been planning for full in-person learning next year and look forward to getting back to as normal of a school year as we can. To assist us in getting back to a more normal year, the Lee County Health Department is offering vaccinations to anyone 12 and up tomorrow on a walk-in basis from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them. They will take the first 100 who come to the health department and we encourage you to consider this opportunity if you think it is a good fit for you or your child.
We will kick off our summer school program on June 7th for two weeks and then again on July 5th for two weeks. Our principals have been in contact with those who will benefit from attending summer school and we look forward to the opportunity to helping our students accelerate their learning during this time.
Be on the lookout for prom, graduation, and district softball and baseball tournament photos ahead. We have a big weekend coming up! Have a safe and healthy summer!
